Booking Terms and Professional Conduct Policy

A Request Is Not a Confirmed Booking

Bookings are made on WhatsApp. Choosing a treatment and tapping Book This Treatment writes a message for you to send: that message is a request. We then check which ORA therapist is free for your time and area. Your appointment exists only once we have confirmed it to you on WhatsApp.

We recommend messaging us at least [2 hours] ahead. Same-day bookings depend on therapist availability.

Prices

• Prices are per person, in Malaysian Ringgit, and are listed on the Treatments page. Every massage costs the same for the same duration.
• A transport fee applies, based on your location, and is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before your booking is finalized.
• Areas not on our list are confirmed individually on WhatsApp before you book.
• [ORA to confirm whether parking charges are absorbed or passed on, and any late-night or public holiday surcharge.]

Payment

Payment is made after your session by [cash, DuitNow QR or bank transfer]. Nothing is charged when you message us. [ORA to confirm whether a deposit applies to hotel or first-time bookings.]

Rescheduling, Cancellation and No-Show

• To change or cancel, reply in the same WhatsApp chat.
• Rescheduling is free up to [3 hours] before your appointment.
• [ORA to confirm the charge for a late cancellation.]
• [ORA to confirm the charge when a therapist arrives and the customer cannot be reached.]
• If ORA has to cancel, we will tell you as early as we can and offer another time.

Your Space, Hotels and Building Access

• Your therapist brings the massage oils and the treatment essentials. Please prepare a suitable bed or firm surface, two clean bath towels, and a quiet, comfortable space for your treatment. A private, air-conditioned room is ideal.
• Hotel guests must check that the hotel allows outside massage therapists to visit the room before booking. Airbnb guests must check that the host allows visitors.
• Please arrange any visitor registration, lift access or parking in advance so your therapist can arrive on time.

Health

Tell us on WhatsApp about pregnancy, injuries, recent surgery, medical conditions or allergies when you book. We review every health note before confirming, and we may suggest a different treatment or decline a booking if massage is not suitable. Massage is not a substitute for medical care. [ORA to confirm which conditions are accepted, declined or need a doctor's clearance.]

Who Can Book

The person booking must be at least [18] years old. [ORA to confirm the minimum age for receiving a treatment.]

Professional Conduct Policy

ORA provides professional, non-sexual wellness massage only. Requests outside professional massage are declined.

• A therapist may end a session immediately if a customer behaves inappropriately, makes a request outside professional massage, or if the therapist feels unsafe. [ORA to confirm the charge that applies in that case.]
• [ORA to confirm whether customers who breach this policy are refused future bookings.]
• We hold our therapists to the same standard. If anything about a session concerns you, tell us on WhatsApp straight away.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you send your request is the one that applies to that booking.
